At the Professional Darts Corporation shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the darting equipment or apparel you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all flights, shafts, and accessories are included to avoid a restocking fee.

  Ship to PDC Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
